so part of my getting settled is enjoying things that have been put away for long periods of time that I haven't been able to enjoy. They make me smile.  My little ice cream dishes have been unused in our home for a while and last night I pulled them out.   Even the kids were excited to use them. =) 

so a while back a friend, who  was in Japan stationed with her husband,  sent us these little molds. You use them for rice or in this case eggs. I had also gotten the boy child the one to make square eggs for Christmas.  this was the first time we used them.  OMG how fun are they? it was so cute to then eat my hard boiled eggs for breakfast this morning. The joy of the square one is that it evens out the white part and you get white and yoke in each bite.  Plus they fit in the baggy so much better.
