starting to clear the crazy

So about 2 months ago now the crazy really hit the fan in my life.
Including a desperate need to move from where I had been living.
On a very very tight for sure budget each month  that didn't include
the variations of what I'd make from being self employed I purchased
what I thought would be when painted and decorated my way a suitable
living space for myself, 2 teenagers and our 2 dogs.   I had a space
for craft stuff and my bike as well.   What really excited me about
the new place was seriously the HUGE kitchen area. I couldn't see
parts of it that well however because the old resident and her family
was still living there with all their stuff.     But I felt ok and
with my time line and that I paid cash from $3200 for it.

Finally, I was a homeowner in a safe neighborhood.  I had the school
situation taken care of and friends who said they would help with the
things we knew from the start needed to be fixed and changed over.

So I pick up the keys after she finally moves out and go view what
will be my new home.  I am pretty sure upon walking in I burst into
tears.    Not only had things been damaged during her move out but
there was trash galore left behind.   I'm one person! I have had
multiple brain surgeries and that last year. I don't know how to do a
lot of things.   But I'm learning.  I'm learning how strong I can be,
who I can count on and so much more.

My budget is super tight. I basically have this rockstar goal of less
than 1k in renovations at this point. I'll be happy with under $1500.
Much more than that and I will be freaking out to be honest.

So join us on a journey.  =) And I'll show you how its being done.
